A Georgia man was arrested on Saturday and charged with putting his two young children in a car and setting it on fire, killing them.
Adan Tzoyohua Panzo, 36, allegedly murdered the 1- and 3-year-old children “during a domestic dispute with his wife,” the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said.
Webster County Officials were called to the scene in Preston for a vehicle fire.
“My guys were told on the way to the call that there was two children in the car. They got on scene, pulled lines, and extinguished the fire,” Webster County Fire Chief Cody Brown told WALB.
Brown said it was too late to save the children by the time crews arrived.
Webster County officials asked the GBI to investigate, and they quickly arrested Panzo, charging him with felon murder, malice murder, and arson. He has been booked into the Webster County jail, where he is being held without bond.
