A Texas woman and her daughter have been found dead after police issued an alert for them over the weekend, in what appears to be a “one vehicle crash.”
The Robinson Police Department posted on social media Sunday, seeking assistance in locating 33-year-old Lauren Bonvillian and her daughter, Savannah Bagley, 4. The duo was reportedly last spotted leaving the Corsicana area towards Robinson on April 14.
Later, the Hill County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to 6 News that the pair had been discovered deceased in their vehicle following the alert. Authorities stated they suspect that Bonvillian’s vehicle veered off Highway 31 and plunged into a pond, trapping them both inside.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and everyone affected by this tragedy,” Robinson PD posted on Facebook.
