New Lawsuit: Model Claims ‘Diddy’ Sexually Assaulted Her at NYC Studio in 2003

A new lawsuit filed in New York City claims Sean “Diddy” Combs raped a former model in his recording studio in 2003.

Crystal McKinney says in her lawsuit she was 22 when she met the rap mogul at a restaurant in Manhattan and he invited her to his studio later that night, the Associated Press reported.

When she arrived, Combs and other men were drinking and smoking marijuana. She partook of the marijuana, which she said she “later came to understand” was laced with another substance, according to the lawsuit. She said Combs led to a bathroom, where he raped her, the suit says.

She lost consciousness after he brought her back into the studio anad woke up in a taxi.

Combs has not immediately commented on the new allegations. He has been accused in five other lawsuits, including the one brought by Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura late last year, which the parties settled “amicably” the day after it was filed.

This week, Combs issued an “apology” video after surveillance footage from a hotel hallway in 2006 showed him kicking and stomping his then girlfriend Ventura, an incident that was referenced in her lawsuit and which he unequivocally denied when the lawsuit, and several of the others, were filed, as CrimeOnline reported.

“Let me absolutely clear. I did not do any of the awful things being alleged,” Combs said in a post on Instagram at the time.

The allegations have sparked a federal sex trafficking investigation that led to raids on his homes in California and Florida.
