Police in Maryland are concerned for the welfare of a 15-year-old boy who vanished without his medication.
According to a Howard County police news release, Jakub Mistal walked away from a business in the 9300 block of Washington Boulevard in Laurel around 2:20 p.m. on May 24. His family members told police his needed medication is time-sensitive, although it’s unclear what medication he takes.
He’s also unfamiliar with the area, is without his phone, and has no money.

Jakub is described as a white male, standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
There is no information regarding his clothing at the time of his disappearance. If anyone sees Mistal or has any information, call 911.
