The FBI released a 475-page report on Friday, related to the slayings of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, who were found stabbed in front of O.J. Simpson’s California condo in 1994.

A lot of the report focuses on the Bruno Magli shoes that investigators believed the killer was wearing at the time of the murders. The FBI traveled to Italy to confirm that only 296 pairs of size 12 Bruno Magli shoes were sold matching the impressions left at the crime scene, the report revealed.

In addition to obtaining molds of the shoes, the FBI was instructed to contact U.S. retailers to verify if O.J. Simpson was their customer.

Simpson was tried but acquitted for the double slayings. However, he was found liable for Goldman and Brown Simpson’s deaths in a civil trial and ordered to pay $33 million to the victims’ families. The judgment went mostly unpaid before Simpson’s death in April to prostate cancer.

The lengthy memo released on Friday also provided details about the blood and fiber testing conducted at the scene. Per the report, Los Angeles police sent the FBI fibers from Simpson’s white Bronco — which was famously seen leading police on an hour-and-a-half chase before his arrest.

Though the FBI’s report is labeled “Part 01,” it is unclear whether the agency will publicize more documents about this case.
