Kentucky State Police Searching for Road Rager Who Shot Driver Dead

Kentucky State Police are looking for an unidentified driver who shot a man dead in a road rage incident Saturday night.

Investigators said dispatchers got a call just after 7 p.m. from a driver who said the incident began on Interstate 71 in Carroll County, the Lexington Herald Leader reported. Both vehicle exited the highway at exit 43 onto Highway 389, and the caller said that the other driver was brandishing a firearm.

Troopers and other emergency responders arrived on the scene and found Daniel Shouse dead on the scene.

Investigators did not say if Shouse was the caller who reported the incident and provided no information about the suspect, other than to say they were investigating.
