Texas Man Threatens to ‘Slaughter’ FBI Agent and Family in Expletive-Laden Voice Message

A Texas man has been arrested after he allegedly called an FBI agent and threatened to “slaughter” him for involvement in what the suspect falsely believed was a “cover up” of child pornography.

Timothy Muller, 43, called the agent just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday and said, “hey,” but the agent disconnected the call, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas. Muller immediately called back and left an expletive-laden message that lasted just over one minute.

“You can run, but you can’t [expletive] hide,” Muller allegedly said. “ You covered up child pornography.  You covered up [H.B] raping his own [expletive] niece.”

“So here’s how it’s gonna go,” Muller continued. “[T]’s gonna win the re-election, and then we’re gonna [expletive] go through the FBI and just start throwing you [expletive]s into jail.  Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you [expletive]s down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own [expletive] homes.  In your own [expletive] beds.  The last thing you’ll ever hear are the horrified shrieks of your widow and orphans.  And then you know what we’re going to do? … We’re going to slaughter your whole [expletive] family.”

Muller followed by sending multiple text messages, saying things like, “How’s the family? Safe?” and “Did you [expletive]s really think you were going to disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? Lol.”

A statement of facts in the case said that Muller called the agent on his “FBI-issued cellular phone.”

According to the statement of facts, the agent had been previously named for his involvement in the investigation into a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, who was convicted on Tuesday on three federal gun charges related to his purchases of a weapon in 2018. The laptop was left in a Delaware computer repair shop in 2020 by a man who told the repair shop owner, who is legally blind, that he was Hunter Biden, although Biden lived in California at the time.

The FBI investigated and determined that the laptop did, at one point, belong to Biden. Forensics examinations conducted by media outlets substantiated some of the data on it. Other data, including thousands of emails, could not be substantiated.

The laptop was introduced as evidence in Biden’s gun charges trial, and an FBI witness testified about his text messages, his autobiography, and bank records that related to the gun charges and his drug addiction and were found on the laptop.

Muller faces up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted on charges of nterstate threatening communications and influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal official.
