‘His thing is hitting women’: Repeat Offender Caught on Camera Attacking Pregnant Woman at Popular Atlanta Restaurant

A Georgia man is facing charges after he was allegedly caught on camera attacking a pregnant woman at a popular Atlanta pizzeria last Saturday.

According to Atlanta News First, police were alerted to Fellini’s Pizza at 909 Ponce De Leon Ave. NE, after the restaurant’s manager called 911 last Friday. Willie Grace, 52, was subsequently arrested the following day and booked into Fulton County jail.

Caitlin Markli, the general manager of the restaurant, reported to officers that Grace “appeared to swing his fist towards” a pregnant woman in the parking lot. Grace then allegedly entered the pizzeria and refused to leave.

“This is actually the second time he’s broken the glass door in the same exact spot,” Markli said, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. “Something’s got to be done for the people in the neighborhoods and the businesses around here because it’s ridiculous.”

“His thing is hitting women … defecating in the parking lot, hurting our property, open drug use. We’ve had issues with him over the years but it’s gotten worse.”

“I’ve been trying to get a criminal trespass on him for years, but they have to be present when the police arrive for them to do that,” she added. “It does make the employees feel unsafe.”

Grace is a repeat offender in the Atlanta area and according to ANF, jail records show he has been booked in Fulton County Jail more than 40 times since 2005, on charges ranging from simple battery and disorderly conduct to criminal trespassing and drug possession.
