An investigation is underway in Massachusetts after three adults were found dead in a home on Tuesday in an apparent case of murder-suicide.

WWLP reported that a woman and two men were found deceased in a Wilbraham home by someone with access to the residence. Though details are scarce, District Attorney Anthony Gulluni said the deadly incident transpired in the home.

MassLive has since reported that the two victims are a mother and an adult son who were apparently killed by the woman’s domestic partner.

Officials have urged the public to stay away from the area as they continue their investigation.
