Multiple agencies are searching for a South Carolina man who failed to show up for his trial on charges of abusing his 3-year-old daughter with a taser and waterboarding.
Nathan Ginter, 43, was convicted last week on four counts of abuse for his conduct with the young girl in 2022, but he has apparently fled the state and was last seen in Kentucky, WIS reported.
Update: police focusing on Stonewall lane in Leesburg.

Investigators are looking for Ginter and 32-year-old Riley Pearson, also from South Carolina, who is believed to be helping him.
Marion Stewart, owner of the Hidden Lake Farm Campground in Harrison County, Kentucky, told WKYT the pair had been camping at his farm for several weeks. He said they paid in cash and were very friendly, but then the US Marshals Office knocked at his door Monday night.
Marshals tried to contact Ginter and Pearson Tuesday morning, but they escaped, according to Stewart.
Police in Georgetown said the couple was spotted Tuesday afternoon, prompting another search for them.
Investigators say Ginter is considered “armed and dangerous” and warned people to stay indoors.
