Chad Daybell’s Idaho property, where the remains of his second wife’s two murdered children were found buried in the backayard, is on the market for $350,000.
Daybell was convicted and sentenced to death for the murders of his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and two of Lori Vallow Daybell’s children, 7-year-old JJ Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan, as CrimeOnline reported. Vallow Daybell was convicted of the same charges earlier this year but sentenced to life in prison. She’s now in Arizona awaiting trial for conspiracy to kill her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, and the attempted murder of her niece’s ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux.
The bodies of JJ and Tylee were found buried in the backyard of ranch-style home in Rexburg, Idaho, in June 2020.
Property records show that Daybell signed the home over to his attorney, John Prior, in 2021, Realtor.com reported.
Photos of the property posted on the real estate website show a basic white paint scheme for the 4-bedroom, 1.5. home. The 1,644-square foot home sits on four acres of land and was built in 1960.
A photo of the property shows a barn and two other outbuildings.
