An Indiana man was arrested this week after he was found in a parked vehicle in a Summitville cemetery with his wife shot dead in the driver’s seat.
A 911 caller alerted the Madison County Sheriff’s Office to the dark-colored SUV near the back of Forrestville Cemetery, WXIN reported. The caller said two people inside were unresponsive when they knocked on the window.
Deputies found Michela D. Hinson, 47, in the driver’s seat with “multiple gunshot wounds.” Her husband, Jeremy J. Hinson, 47, was in the passenger seat.
A firearm was found inside the vehicle.
