The department said the little girl may be with Christine Betancourt, 41, who is described as 5 feet five inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. They may be in a gray, 2021 Volvo XC90 with Florida tag IEX419.

WSVN reported hearing a dispatcher issue a “be on the lookout” alert for the toddler.

Neighbors told the station Betancourt is the girl’s mother. The station said the little girl was last seen a week ago.

FDLE has issued a missing child alert and not an Amber Alert for the girl, cautioning people not to approach.

“The subject should be considered armed and dangerous,” the dispatcher said.
