Police in Michigan are searching for a woman with Alzheimer’s who disappeared on Friday in Genesee County,
According to Genesee Twp. Police, Brenda Elaine Etherington, 76, wandered away from her residence in the 1000 block of Genesee Road on the 4th of July and neverreturned. Police said she may act confused and “combative if approached,” FOX 25 reports.
She also could be asking for assistance to get to Florida.
Etherington is described as a white female who stands 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing gray pants, a grey zip-up sweatshirt, and white slippers.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact 911 immediately.
