The remains of a 17-year-old Tennessee girl reported missing on Sunday were found Wednesday by a subcontractor picking up trash on the side of a busy Hendersonville road.
Hendersonville Police said the remains were identified on Friday as Trinity Bostic who was reported missing in Macon County, WTVF reported.
Police suspect foul play was involved in Bostic’s death and asked anyone with information to call (615)-822-1111 or the Hendersonville Crime Stoppers at (625)-594-4113.
The police department declined to release any further information “to maintain the integrity of the investigation,” according to WSMV.
Cause of death is pending an autopsy.
