Three women and a man were killed in a shooting at a home in northwest Mississippi Sunday evening.
A 5-year-old child survived unharmed in the vehicle where the women’s bodies were found, according to Marshall County officials, who told TVMO Community News that the child’s mother and father were among the dead.
The father was found dead in the driveway of the home, WMC reported.
Police responded to the call at about 7 p.m., officials said.
Witnesses told WREG that the shooting may have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
Marshall County Sheriff Kenneth Dickerson told WHBQ that the victims appeared to have been shot at close range, with gunshot wounds to the head.
The names of the victims have not been released, nor has any information about a possible suspect.
