UPDATE: AMBER Alert Teen Found Safe, 30-Year-Old Suspect in Custody

UPDATE: 

A missing Arkansas teen has been found safe nearly a week after she reportedly vanished with a 30-year-old man she met online.

State police deactivated an AMBER Alert for Autumn Lyon, 16, on Tuesday, a day after suspect Adrian Garces, 30, was apprehended in Grand Prairie, Texas. He is awaiting extradition to Arkansas, according to KAIT.


Arkansas State Police issued an AMBER Alert for a missing girl from Howard County Monday, who could possibly be with an adult male.

According to police, 16-year-old Autumn Nicole Lyon was reported missing around 8:30 p.m. on July 24, from the Mineral Springs area, and could be in the company of a man identified as Adrian Garces, 30.

Police believe the pair met online and could be heading to Texas in a gray Ford F-150 pickup truck with Texas license plate number TTK 1766.

Autumn is described as a white female who strands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 135 pounds. She has brown hair that she had in a ponytail and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing black leggings, and white sneakers, and a brown t-shirt.

Police said some photos show Autumn with blonde hair, but it has since been changed to brown, according to K8 News.

 

Graces stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall and was last seen wearing jeans and a blue collard shirt. He has a tattoo on his left arm.
