Woman Still Missing Nearly a Week After Her Car Is Found at Beach

A California woman who vanished earlier this month remains missing despite her vehicle being found last week.

Morro Bay police confirmed to KMPH that surveillance footage from July 22 showed Tiffany McClure’s car at the beach in Morro Bay, but it is unclear whether she was in the vehicle. The car was reportedly found there two days later, legally parked in a residential parking spot.

McClure, 49, is considered voluntarily missing, and there is no evidence of foul play. SFGate reported that she had contacted family a day before her last sighting at Morro Bay, which is more than two hours from where she lives.

McClure was described as standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and having blue eyes and blonde hair.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Tulare police Detective Leonel Alvarez at 559-685-2300, ext. 2149.
