A 1-year-old Florida girl who vanished on Thursday after falling from a moving vehicle has been found safe, according to reports.
WTVJ obtained surveillance footage allegedly showing what happened after Tasshay Mills’ toddler daughter fell out of her car in Hialeah. The video shows a bystander holding the injured girl when a woman exits the vehicle and identifies herself as the girl’s mother.
The bystander, who is on the phone, reportedly tells Mills, 29, that she is not giving her the child — leading Mills to snatch the girl from her violently.

Mills reportedly fled with her daughter and disregarded police’s requests to return to the scene and get the girl medical treatment.
WPLG reported that Mills’ daughter was eventually found in Opa-Locka, while Mills was apprehended in Miramar. Charges against her are pending.
According to the news outlet, the Department of Children and Families has custody of Mills’ daughter and her other child in light of her arrest. The girl’s condition is unknown.
