An Ohio man has been charged with murder after he reported a young girl missing and she was later found dead.
Sandusky Police said that Devin O’Brien called 911 at about 9 p.m. Thursday night and reported the missing girl, WOIO reported.
Officers responded and found the girl dead.
A preliminary investigation led to O’Brien’s arrests.
Police provided no further information about the case, including the girl’s age, the circumstances surrounding her death, or her relationship with the suspect.
Jail records show O’Brien is currently being held in the Erie County Jail with bond. No court date has been set.
