A Florida man was arrested Sunday and charged with the death of his girlfriend, who was found dead near a dumpster Saturday morning.

Amanda Browning, 40, had “visible stab/cut wounds when her body was found, St. Petersburg Police said.

The investigation quickly led to Browning’s boyfriend, 41-year-old Daniel Coley. The two had shared an apartment.

Police did not share any other details about the murder.

Coley has been charged with second degree murder and booked into the Pinellas County jail.
