Police Seek Tips on Arizona Man Accused of Making Terroristic Threats to Schools, Businesses

An Arizona man is wanted for allegedly making terroristic threats throughout the Flagstaff community.

Flagstaff police are searching for Justin Wayne Hill, 36, of Ash Fork, after receiving reports of multiple mass shooting threats, according to ABC 15. Hill is accused of posting threats on multiple school, government, and business Yelp review sites.

AZ Family reported that Coconino Community College was one of the schools threatened. The college took the threats seriously and shut down its three campuses until further notice.

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding Hill.

He is described as having a medium build, brown hair, blue eyes, and is about six feet tall.

Hill is believed to be driving a blue 2009 Subaru Impreza with an Arizona tag CKA72E.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Hill.
