Texas Woman, a Felon, Wanted for Practicting Dentistry Without a License

Texas authorities are looking for a convicted felon who posed as a dentist and accepted patients without a license while out on bond for other felonies.

Juanetta Solomon, 41, advertised her “dentistry” on TikTok and identified herself as “Nikki Calloway” to a patient who responded to the ad, according to Katy Magazine. She advertised her business as ISmilez Cosmetic Designz.

The patient later identified “Calloway” as Solomon and said she was given a quote of $1,350 to remove and replace eight bottom and eight top teeth and add a bridge.

The patient said that Solomon didn’t take a mold of her teeth and applied composite veneers and a bridge using pressure and chemicals that made the patient so dizzy she had to ask Solomon for a break. She also used a drill and a file, KHOU reported.

The patient reported pain and bleeding, and one tooth fell out. But Solomon disappeared.

The Texas Board of Dental Examiners told Katy Magazine that Solomon does not have a license nor is she a hygienist or a dental assistant.

Solomon was out on bond for being a felon in possession of a weapon at the time of the “dentistry.”

Andy Kahan with CrimeStoppers told KRIV that Solomon has convictions in Harris County, Fort Bend County, and Brazoria County and is also on probation in Galveston County.
