TikToker Arrested for Murder of Louisiana Therapist

A TikTok personality wanted in connection with the death of a popular Louisiana therapist has been arrested in Texas.

Terryon Thomas, known as Mr. Prada on TikTok, is awaiting extradition to Louisiana at the Dallas County Jail. He is charged him with second degree murder and obstruction of justice, WAFB reported.

Dr. William Nicholas “Nick” Abraham, 69, was found dead Sunday morning, wrapped in a tarp alongside a roadway in Tangipahoa Parish, as CrimeOnline reported. A Baton Rouge police officer attempted to pull over Abraham’s stolen car on Monday, but the driver sped away and then abandoned the car and fled on foot.

Investigators released images of the driver and later identified him as the 20-year-old Thomas. An initial warrant for his arrest charged him with aggravated criminal damage to property, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

“I appreciate the work done by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police and Crime Lab, Baton Rouge Police Department, U.S. Marshal’s Service and all others involved,” said East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux, whose office has taken over the murder investigation. “This is an ongoing investigation that will take time to gather further evidence. I hope that this arrest may bring some closure and assurance to friends and family.”

Police said they are still investigating the relationship between Abraham and Thomas and said their is no evidence that Thomas was a patient.

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Gerald Sticker said earlier that investigators believe that Abraham was killed sometime Saturday, possibly in the night, and his body dumped along Highway 51 between Fluker and the Village of Tangipahoa, where a passerby spotted it Sunday morning. A search of Abraham’s home turned up no evidence of a violent crime.
