A former personal assistant to Kanye West has amended a lawsuit in which she charged the rapper with sexual harassment to include claims that he drugged and raped her at a studio session cohosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Lauren Pisciotta filed a wrongful termination lawsuit in June claiming that West fired her after he sent her explicit texts, photos, and videos, People reported. A representative for West denied those allegations at the time and said that “Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta.”
The amended lawsuit was filed on October 8 in Los Angeles. In it, Pisciotta says West invited her to the studio session — before she began working for him. The lawsuit says that Pisciotta’s drink at the session was “laced with an unidentifiable drug” and that she felt disoriented after “a few small sips.”
“As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” the complaint reads.
Pisciotta said she had no memory of the rest of the evening when she woke up “feeling ill and confused” the next day. According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta assumed that she had been roofied and made a fool of herself at the work event, but years later — after West hired her as an assistant chief of staff — she said he brought up that night and told her they “did kind of hook up” that night.
When she told him she had no memory of the night, the lawsuit says, West laughed and said “women love to say they don’t remember.”
“Up until that very point, right before that very conversation, Plaintiff was unaware that she had been subjected to gender violence and sexual battery on that studio night by KANYE WEST a.k.a YE,” the document says.
The lawsuit does not claim that Combs, who has been arrested on a three-count federal sex trafficking indictment, did anything wrong at the event.
The initial lawsuit, according to TMZ, claims that West sent Pisciotta dirty text messages, sometimes masturbated while on the phone with her, and frequently talked about the penis size of her boyfriends.
