The parents of a 5-year-old girl have been arrested in Baltimore afte r the girl was found dead Monday afternoon.

Police called the death “questionable” and charged the unnamed parents with first degree child abuse after responding officers saw signs of trauma on the dead girl, WBAL reported.

Police removed three other children from the home. Two of them were placed with relatives and another was taken to a nearby hospital for unknown reasons.

The medical examiner is conducting an autopsy on the 5-year-old.

No other information was released.
