Update: Two missing New Hampshire teens have been found, Milton Police said.

Police in New Hampshire are searching for two teens who haven’t been seen since Sunday.

According to Milton police, 13-year-old Gabriela M. and 16-year-old Isaac B. were last spotted in the 600 block of Governors Road. A police dog traced their scent through nearby trails to Hare Road, where they may have been picked up by a vehicle.

Patch News reports that police described Gabriela as 5 feet tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown eyes and dark blonde hair. She was last seen in a blue hoodie.

Isaac is 6 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has green eyes with light brown hair. He was also last seen wearing a hoodie.

Police believe the pair left Governors Road on foot.
