5 Tennessee Children Taken by ‘Non-Custodial Parents,’ Believed ‘Endangered’

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered child alert early Wednesday morning for five children, ranging from 2 to 11 yearas old, believed to have been taken by their non-custodial parents.

The children and their non-custodial parents are believed to be in a white 2018 GMC Acadia with a Tennessee tag BMMM, TBI said in a Facebook post.

The department named the children:

  • Malachi Pendergrass, 2, blue eyes and blond hair
  • Lucas Pendergrass, 4, brown hair and eyes
  • Andrew Pendergrass 4, brown hair and eyes
  • Karson Pendergrass, 5, blue eyes and blond hair
  • Kaidren Heath, 11, hazel eyes and brown hair

No other information was released, including the names of the non-custodial parents who took the children.

TBI issued the alerted on behalf of the Athens Police Department and asked anyone with information to contact them at 423-745-3222 or call TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
