The defense wrapped up its case Wednesday, after calling over 20 witnesses in six days, during accuse Delphi killer Richard Allen’s murder trial.
Special Judge Francis Gull and the attorneys reviewed jury instructions, including information regarding the defendant’s choice not to testify and how to address prior statements. It was confirmed Wednesday that Allen would not take the stand.
Next, both sides are expected to deliver their closing arguments before the jury begins its deliberations.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Allen is charged with the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German in Delphi.
