DC police are searching for a 1-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen since noon on Thursday.

They believe Morgan Carter may be with Peguy Sikadi, 31, although they did not say how Sikadi is connected with the missing child or why an Amber Alert has not been issued.

Police described the little girl as being of unknown height and weight with braided black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a pink and black jacket.

The little girl wasn’t reported missing until Monday, police said.
