A non-custodial father in Ohio is refusing to return his toddler daughter to her custodial mother, and police are asking for help locating them.

Devon Mason, 23, took 2-year-old Naomie Lynn Mason on November 4, and Bethel Police say the believe the little girl is in danger.

Naomie is 2 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Her father is a short 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Investigators believe Mason is in the Columbus area but are asking people in Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren counties to be on the lookout.
