A Missouri grand jury on Thursday indicted a Tennessee man on multiple charges, including rape and incest.

Jackson County court documents say that Justin L. Brown, 36, now faces charges of rape, statutory rape, incest, and domestic assault for crimes that took place between June 1, 2023, and November 30, 2023, when the victim was younger than 17. KCTV reported.

He faces life in prison if convicted on all the charges.

Brown, from Clarksville, Tennessee, has also been charged with failure to appear on narcotics charges in Andrew County.

He’s being held without bond and scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
