A 19-year-old Texas man was arrested in Atlanta Saturday night after he allegedly shot and killed a 70-year-old man in a carjacking outside a liquor store.

According to WSB, officers were called to the scene of the shooting shortly before 7 p.m. The man, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Jaylen Mosley was located and arrested a short time later, He was charged with murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, and hijacking a motor vehicle, accorindg to jail records.

He was also wanted on a fugitive from justice charge in Harris County, Texas. It’s not clear what charges he was fleeing in Texas or how long ago.
