Alabama police arrested a man last week for allegedly sexually abusing a child.
The victim’s family called Limestone County police after allegedly catching Luis Lopez-Martinez, 38, sexually abusing the child. Lopez-Martinez, who was detained at the scene, admitted to the crime during an interview with police, according to WAFF.
“It is what it is,” he allegedly told police regarding the reported child molestation.
Lopez-Martinez is charged with sexual abuse of a child younger than 12. Though his bond was set at $250,000, he is under an immigration hold due to being a Guatemalan national.
