A Texas man who filmed himself using a baby to wipe snow off his car last week will likely face criminal charges.
KBMT reported that Port Arthur police and Child Protective Services are investigating the 25-year-old man, whose TikTok video showed him using a 3-month-old to brush snow off his Hyundai Elantra. Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso said the man was with two women when they contacted him for questioning.
“We suspect one of them was the mom. They checked on the baby. The baby was just fine,” Duriso told the news outlet.
The man, who has not been publicly identified, could be charged with child endangerment. KBMT reported that an arrest warrant is expected to be issued this week.
