Boss Fatally Shoots Employee Behind Georgia Fast Food Restaurant

A Georgia man shot and killed his employee earlier this week during a “work-related” argument in the parking lot of a Gwinnett County McDonald’s, although neither man worked at the restaurant.

Gwinnett County Police responded to a call about the shooting and found Donald Stewart, 43, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.

The suspect, 40-year-old Michael Todd, remained on the scene and was arrested on charges of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Police said the men were not employed by the McDonald’s where the altercation took place, but they didn’t say where they worked, only that their argument was “over something about their employment” and that Todd was Stewart’s boss.
