A New York state man has been arrested and charged with the shooting deaths of his 11-year-old son and 32-year-old girlfriend earlier this week.
David Huff, 43, is charged with first degree murder, two counts of second degree murder, and criminal possession of a weapon for the late Monday night shooting, WSYR reported.
Yeraldith Tschudy and Jeremiah Huff were found shot to death in Syracuse’s Valley neighborhood late Monday night. Huff was arrested two miles away.
Huff was arrested around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning when a caller reported seeing him walking in the area, Syracuse.com reported.
New York State Police provided body camera footage of Huff’s arrest, but authorities have not provided any further information about the murders.
