BOLO: Missing Oregon Foster Child Possibly in Danger

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Child Welfare Division is seeking help to find a missing teen from foster care.

Joshua Makalea, 17, went missing from Monmouth, Oregon, on March 14, according to KTVL 10.

He is known to frequent Dallas, Independence, Monmouth, and Albany and may be trying to reach Sacramento, California.

ODHS believes Joshua is in danger.

He is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He has hazel eyes and naturally brown hair, though he recently dyed it black. He is also known to bleach his hair.
