The Pensacola Police Department in Florida is seeking tips on A missing 63-year-old with medical issues.

The PPD reports that Tangela Culliver walked away from a residence near North P Street and West La Rua Street around 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Police said Culliver has been diagnosed with dementia, which may cause confusion about how to return home.

She was last seen wearing a blonde wig, black pants, white shoes and a white and black camouflage shirt.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Pensacola police.
