Surveillance video obtained by WREG shows Cleotha Abston arriving at his brother’s apartment complex just hours after he allegedly abducted Memphis mom Eliza Fletcher during her morning jog. The video ultimately shows Abston spending an hour cleaning the passenger side of the black GMC Terrain.
